Thanks so much for everything. It was so great to work with so many talented and professional people. We are so excited to move in. The ceiling in the dining is truly beautiful and turned out to be just as I had envisioned it. It brought tears of joy when I saw it completed. Karla is an exceptional talent. So is Phillipa, I love all of the colors we chose together. Everyone who sees the house also comments on the quality of the of the paint that was used. I'm very proud to tell them it is a very low voc green paint. It will be fine for Josh to take some pictures of the house. Just let us know. Thank you Jud for all your help with this project. It turned out beautifully.

About Credentials
To be sure that someone is a genuine contractor, ask to see his state-issued California license, which he is required to carry. Or, simply go visit cslb.ca.gov and check out the license number to confirm the contractor is in good standing. You can also ask to see proof of insurance, or if necessary, have a certificate of insurance sent directly to you from the insurance company.
